Align pattern for empty required fields within accordions while creating Vendor Records with POL

Overview: The Order app handles alerting the user of missing fields in certain accordions in a different way than the Vendor app currently does. The Vendor app should follow the same pattern as the Order app.

Currently:
When trying to update a Vendor record without populating all required fields. The closed accordions display a "Required field" message but remain closed.

Expected result:
Vendor accordions missing required information are opened (all accordions are opened if easier)
The cursor is placed in the first required field that is missing information
Required field(s) that are missing information are outlined in red
