Override renewal failures: recalls and holds

Scenarios

1. Scenario
   • Given a checked out item that has been recalled
   • When an attempted renewal on that item fails because the item has been recalled
   • Then display the Override button the renewal failure modal
2. Scenario
   • Given a checked out item with an open hold request, with a loan policy that does not permit renewals on items on hold
   • When an attempted renewal on that item fails because the item has an open hold request
   • Then display the Override button on the renewal failure modal
3. Scenario
   • Given a renewal that has failed because the item has been requested, with no other failure reasons
   • When the user selects the Override button
   • Then display the Override renewal modal
     • in the New due date column // display message that due date will be calculated
4. Scenario
   • Given the override renewal modal
   • When the user has entered all required information
   • Then activate the Override button
5. Scenario
   • Given the override renewal modal
   • When the user selects Override
   • Then renew the item
