Overdue loans report (fields already in loans CSV export)

Purpose: Establish basic overdue loans report.
Story: As a circulation staff member who handles billing, I want to see a list of all loans that are overdue, so that I can assign bills to them in FOLIO.

Scenarios

   • Given the Users app
   • When viewing the Users search & filter screen
   • Then show a pane header dropdown for the Users app
2. Scenario
   • Given the Users app pane header dropdown
   • When open
   • Then show the option Overdue loans report (CSV)
3. Scenario
   • Given the Overdue loans report (CSV) option in Users app pane header dropdown
   • When clicked
   • Then export a CSV file listing all loans with due dates before the date and time the user generated the report
4. Scenario
   • Given the Overdue loans report CSV file
   • When exported
   • Then export column headers as first row of CSV
     • Due date
     • Loan date
     • Loan policy ID
     • Item title
     • Material type
     • Item status
     • Barcode

   • Given a loan in the overdue loans report
   • When exporting
   • Export the following metadata as comma-separated values:
     • Due date
     • Loan date
     • Loan policy ID
     • Item title
     • Material type
     • Item status
     • Barcode
       • Defined as barcode for item (not user)
     • Call number
     • Contributors
     • Item location
     • Instance ID
     • Holdings ID
     • Item ID

Notes:

• The fields exported in this report are already present in exporting a user's individual loans (UIU-459); fields not present in that export but are needed for this feature are in separate stories.
• Attached are a wireframe of the dropdown menu for generating this report & an example report itself, as well as an example of the pane header dropdown elsewhere in FOLIO (Requests - can also be viewed on folio-testing & folio-snapshot).
