    Description

      This JIRA issue was split from UIU-959 because that JIRA issue fixed Borrowing in advance of fixing Renewals and Requests, which are covered by this JIRA issue.

      Holly tested this at http://folio-testing.aws.indexdata.com.

      The Renewals patron block pop-up now has no colons (as shown in attached screen print Testing-renewals.JPG)--there should be one.
      The Requests patron block pop-up still has two colons (as shown in attached screen print Testing-requests.JPG)--there should be one.
      The Requests patron block pop-up is now missing the block reason (as shown in attached screen print Testing-requests.JPG).
