      Title of issue was Patron block pop-up includes for double ":" This was changed because the situation changed. Please see comment dated March 30 for the latest information.

      While testing at http://folio-q1-2019-core.aws.indexdata.com, Holly came across this issue. UIU-958 is for a similar issue with the PAY and WAIVE modal.

      The PATRON BLOCK pop-up message for checkout, renewals, and requests has double colons :: instead of a single colon : after "Reason for block" as shown in attached screen print.
