Fix spacing issue on User Information Fee/Fine section display

    Description

      Holly tested this at http://folio-snapshot-stable.aws.indexdata.com and again at http://platform-core-262-3.aws.indexdata.com and there needs to be 2 changes made:

      1) There needs to be a space before "(Total" (as shown in attached mock-up Corrections.jpg)
      2) "View all accounts" needs to be changed to "View all fees/fines" (as shown in attached mock-up Corrections.jpg)
