    Description

      1. In folio-snapshot as diku_admin
      2. For a loan with a loan policy that has a fixed due date schedule and a limited number of renewals, and a loan that is already at the allowed due date and maximum number of renewals
      3. Renew

      Expected: Loan fails for two reasons: renewal won't change the due date, and the loan is at the maximum number of renewals. The user is not given the opportunity to override

      Actual: Loan fails for two reasons: renewal won't change the due date, and the loan is at the maximum number of renewals. the user is given the opportunity to override.

      Notes: Unlike UIU-935, FOLIO will not allow overrides when renewal will not change the due date when using a fixed due date schedule, so I'm classifying this as a different bug.
