Proxy/sponsor "Expiration date" that was entered is not what was saved

    Description

      • When I create a proxy relationship, I entered an "Expiration date" of 2023-06-01 (as shown in attached screen print expiration-date-set.JPG) but what was saved is 2019-02-27 (as shown in attached screen print expiration-date-saved.JPG).
      • When I create a sponsor relationship, I entered an "Expiration date" of 2019-06-01 (as shown in attached screen print expiration-date-set.JPG) but what was saved is 2019-02-27 (as shown in attached screen print expiration-date-saved.JPG).
