Settings: Settings 4 Pane Layout Looks Bad

    Description

      Steps taken (can't repro):

      1. Logged into https://bugfest.folio.ebsco.com/ as folio/folio
      2. Went to Settings > Users > Permission sets
      3. Clicked on a Permission set which opens up the preview pane for that permission

      Expected: Screen should look well laid out and readable

      Actual: Second to left pane has more space than it needs. 3rd to left pane has too little space - you can't view the pane header or any of its contents
