While testing the Q4 2018 release at http://folio-q4-core.aws.indexdata.com, Holly discovered that when after pressing the PAY button on the PAY FEE/FINE modal, anything that she entered in the Payment Type, Transaction Information, and Additional Information fields was cleared out. If she changed the Payment Amount to make a partial payment, the Payment Amount would be reset to the full payment amount. This is confusing to the user when the CONFIRM FEE/FINE PAYMENT modal pops up because it looks like what they entered is gone (which it actually isn't). Also, should the user decide to hit the back button, what they entered is not available for updating. The steps to recreate this problem are in the attached document Pay-and-waive-clearing-out-fields-entered.pdf. Please note this is happening with both the payment of fees/fines.
