Users: Empty User Expiration Date Displays as "Invalid Date"

    Description

      Steps to repro:

      1. Log into https://bugfest.folio.ebsco.com/ as folio/folio
      2. Go to Users and create a new user - don't set an expiration date
      3. Save new user which will display the view/preview mode of the user record

      Expected: Expiration date, if not populated, should display "-"

      Actual: Expiration date showing "Invalid date"
