Can't Delete Patron Group Popup Text Wording is Bad

Steps to repro:

1. Log into folio-snapshot
2. Go to Settings > Users > Patron groups
3. Delete a patron group you know is in use by one or more user record
4. Confirm the deletion
5. Observe the popup that then displays

Expected: Popup should say something like "This patron group cannot be deleted, as it is used in one or more record."

Actual: It reads, "This Patron groups cannot be deleted, as it is in use by one or more records."
