Proxy Relationship Showing Inactive When it Shouldn't

Steps to repro:

1. Log into snapshot stable
2. Create a user record and keep them active - don't set an expiration date
3. Edit the record and make them proxy for another user (pick a user whose record is active)

Expected: The proxy relationship should be active because both user records are active and the proxy relationship itself hasn't expired.

Actual: The proxy relationship is showing as inactive and displaying as inactive because the sponsor record is expired (it isn't)
