    Description

      User story:
As a library admin who has looked up a user (patron) record in FOLIO
I want to be able to quickly link to view their requests
So I can investigate inquiries or troubleshoot issues

As a library admin who has looked up a user (patron) record in FOLIO
I want to be able to quickly create a request for that user

      Scenarios:

      1. Scenario
        • Given the user record
        • When displayed in view mode to a user with Requests: All permissions permission (CB: This is using a different permission than specified "Users: View requests" but I guess that's okay.)
        • Then a new Requests section should display as shown in the below linked mockups
          • Collapsed by default
          • Badge shows number of open requests
      2. Scenario
        • Given the Requests section on the User record
        • When expanded
        • Then two links should be displayed as shown in the below linked mockups
          • <count> Open requests - Links to pre-filtered view of Request app:
            • Filtered by Requester (user barcode should populate in the search box)
            • Filtered by open Statuses which are currently:
              • Open - Awaiting pickup
              • Open - Not yet filled
          • <count> Closed requests - Links to pre-filtered view of Requests app
            • Filtered by Requester (user barcode should populate in the search box)
            • Filtered by closed Statuses which are currently:
              • Closed - Cancelled
              • Closed - Filled
      3. Scenario
        • Given the Requests section on the User record for User A
        • When "Create request" is clicked
        • Then the create request form should open and User A should automatically be selected as the requester (moved to UIU-690)
      4. Scenario (CB: Added later per discussion with Zak)
        • Given User A does not have the Requests: All permission permission (CB: This is using a different permission than specified "Users: View requests" but I guess that's okay.)
        • When she views the user record
        • Then the Requests section should not display
      5. Scenario
        • Given User A does not have the "Users: View requests"
        • When she views the user's Loans page
        • Then the Requests column should not display
      6. Scenario
        • Given User A does not have the "Users: View requests"
        • When she views the user's Loan Details page
        • Then the Requests data element should not display
