Fine Incurred no longer displays in Loan History or Loan Details after it is paid

    Description

      The Fee/Fine in Loan History and Fine Incurred in Loan Details are set to zero after the fee/fine is paid. This should not be happening. Both should remain at the original billed amount. See attached files Step 1 Charged.jpg and Step 2 Paid.jpg for more information.
