Users are able to delete a Fee/Fine Owner even if the Fee/Fine Owner has a Manual Fee/Fine Charges table set up. This should not be allowed. Instead, the user should be required to delete the individual Manual Fee/Fine entries in the table first, then delete the Fee/Fine Owner. Manual Fee/Fine table entries may not be deleted if the fee/fine has been charged to a patron.
Please change the process as follows:
If the Delete option is deleted for a Fee/Fine Owner that has one or more fees/fines in their Manual Fee/Fine Table, instead of displaying the Delete fee/fine owner confirmation modal (see attached screen print FF Owner Delete Confirmation.jpg) display the new Delete fee/fine owner error modal (see attached screen mock-up FF Owner Delete Error.jpg).
