Several minor bugs were discovered while testing Q3 2018 release--these will be fixed for the Q4 2018 release. Each fix has been listed as a separate comment.

Fix #1: As shown in attached screen print Waive fixes.JPG, all three amounts displaying as 25 should be changed to 25.00 and Additional Information is a required field and therefore should have a * at the end of it. Additional info is still not required
Fix #2: If a staff members decides to do a partial waive, the message should change to display the new "Waive amount" (as shown in attached screen print partial waive amount.jpg).
