Edit User Detail Record: Display a Reset Password Email link

    Description

      As a Folio System Administrator
      I want the ability to allow a FOLIO user to reset his/her password
      So that s/he gets access to FOLIO again

      Requirement

      Send reset password email only exist when the user has an existing password stored.

      If user clicks Send reset password email link
      Then display a modal message confirming delivery of email. (See screenshot: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0By8ccf5VV4EWTmtZRFo4RWtHTGs/view?usp=sharing)
      – Link should be in the form of a tiny URL if possible
      – Clicking Copy button should copy the URL and an indication that that the "Link has been copied" should display below the Link (can implement as a separate user story.)
