Horizontal scrollbar showing on Loans page

    Description

      Steps to repro:

      1. Log into folio-snapshot-stable
      2. Go to a user with loans and go to their Loans page

      Expected: No horizontal scrollbar should appear when you have a normal sized screen

      Actual: Horizontal scrollbar displaying for me and the elipses are scrolled off the page

      Additional info: I'm using Chrome Canary and my resolution is 1366 x 768
