Unable to post note

To reproduce:

1. Login as "diku_admin"
2. Select the "Users" app
3. Update the filters or perform a search to get a list of users
4. Select a user from the users list
5. Click the "Show Notes" icon
6. Enter a note

The "Post" button remains greyed out. If you hit <Enter> on your keyboard, you get a popup error:
