Bookmarked links to loan-details page display incomplete information

Description: When loading a loan-details page from a bookmarked URL, all information except the borrower is missing.

Expected behavior: The loan-details page should always display all available information

Actual behavior: The loan-details page only displays the borrower when it is loaded from a bookmark.

Steps to reproduce:

1. In the users app, choose a user with open loans
2. Click the "Loans" accordion to open it
3. Click the "N open loans link
4. On the "•••" menu, choose the "Loan details" link (then, do this again because of stupid stupid UIU-418) to view the loan's details page
5. Copy the URL
6. Paste the URL into the location bar and hit enter
7. Observe that the loan-details pane is missing all information except for the borrower
