Update New Permission Set Detail Record UI

Given I want to create a new permission set
When I click New
Then the following updates should be reflected

Paneset Title

• Display New permission set

Default Display

• Sections Default Display - Expand all
• Add an Expand all and Collapse all toggle

Label Updates

• Replace About Us header label with General information header label
• Change Title label with Permission set name label
  • Add asterisk to the Permission set name to indicate field is required
• Replace Contains header label with Assigned permissions

Save button label update

• Change Save and close button label to Create permission set
