Status Sort failing in the Users Search/Filter area

Overview: When displaying the Search/Filter screen in Users, you can sort any of the columns ascending/descending by clicking the column header. This works for all of the column headers except the first column: status. The little sort arrow shows next to it, but no sort actually happens. See attached video.

Steps to Reproduce:

Log into FOLIO-snapshot-stable as diku_admin
Click Users to go to the user search/filter screen
Click the Status column header, to sort by that column

Expected Results: User list should re-sort with active at top, and inactive at bottom.

Actual Results: No sort. (Note that all the other column headers seem to be sorting correctly. Only the Status column header seems to have a problem.)
