Users App: Status Filter Update

As a circ manager
I want the ability to include inactive users in my search results
So that I have a complete list of all my users based on my filter selection(s) and search.

Requirement

• Under Status filter: only show a check box filter [Show inactive users]
• Default State: Not checked
• Updates should be reflected on
  • User App | Search Users
  • Check out | Patron look-up

Acceptance

Scenario 1

Given I have access to the Users app / Check out app
When I conduct a search
AND check [Show inactive users]
Then return all active and inactive users based on search query.
A-M: When we tested, the active/inactive buttons look different from the attached screenshot. Also, in the results, there's no column for active/inactive, so you can't tell the difference when both active/inactive are displayed

Scenario 2

Given I have access to the Users app / Check out app
When I check the filter [Show inactive users]
AND no search term is entered
Then return all active and inactive users
A-M: There are filters for both active and inactive; when I click inactive, I only get inactive users (but that's because there's a button for active users too)

Scenario 3

Given I have access to the Users app / Check out app
When the filter [Show inactive users] is unchecked
But other filters (i.e, Patron Groups) are checked
AND no search term is entered
Then return active users who comply with filter selection
A-M: If I click a patron group, and do not click active/inactive, I get a mix of active/inactive search results, NOT only the active users

Scenario 4

Given I have access to the Users app / Check out app
When the filter [Show inactive users] is unchecked
AND search term is entered
Then return all active users based on search query
A-M: If I do a search, and do not click active/inactive, I get a mix of active/inactive search results, NOT only the active users
