Add Call Number, Contributors and Material Type to Loans

Purpose: To populate newly available inventory data on loans including Call number, Authors and Material Type. Note, while there is a simple implementation of Call number in place at the holding record, there are plans to extend that implementation with call number and call number prefix at the item level. We'll need to come back when that's implemented and make sure the correct data is coming through on this page.

Scenarios:

1. Scenario
   • Given the Loans page
   • When displayed
   • Then a the following new columns should display as shown in the below linked mockup:
     • Call number: Call number data from the holding associated with the item
     • Contributors: Contributors from the instance associated with the item CB: Please use "Contributors" even thought the mockup says "Authors"
       • This is a multi-valued field so there may be many contributors
       • Display up to 2 names as shown in the mockup
       • Display remaining names in popup as shown in mockup
       • Sort column by first contributor
2. Scenario
   • Given the Loans page
   • When displayed
   • Then the Material type for the item should display in parentheses next to the Title as shown in the below linked mockup
