Number of permissions on the Edit permission Set pane shows up as 0

    Description

      Steps:

      1. Go to Settings > Users > Permission sets > New
      2. Create a new permission set 'my permission'
      3. Add a new permission > save and close
      4. Go to Settings > Users > Permission sets > 'my permission' > Edit

      Expected: The number of permissions on the badge should be 1

      Actual: The number of permissions on the badge shows up as 0
