Loan Date Should Not Update with Renewals

Steps to Repro:

1. Log into folio-testing
2. Go to Users and pick a user with a loan (I used Bailey, Royce)
3. Click the open loan link on the user record to view the Loans page
4. Pick a loan where the Loan date is in the past
5. In the actions menu, choose to Renew

Expected: This should update the Due date but it should not update the Loan date

Actual: It's updating the Due date and the loan date
