Patron groups "# of users" does not increase when adding a user to said group.

Path to bug:
1) Click Settings
2) Click Users (in the settings module)
3) Click Patron Groups
4) Click "+ Add New"
5) Create new group
6) Assign new group to a user by editing a user record
7) Go back to patron groups settings.
8) You will notice that the "# of users" is still at 0
