After Accessing a User Record from Another App, Can't View Other Records in Users

Steps to Repro:

1. Log into folio-testing
2. Go to Users
3. Click around to view the user details of various users
4. All is working fine
5. Now go to Checkout
6. Use the Patron lookup to select a patron to check out as
7. After the patron has been selected, their name is displayed as a link on the Checkout page
8. Click the link to view their user details
9. You are taken to their user record in the Users app which is good
10. Now click another user record in the Users app

Expected: Clicking another search result in the users app should open that user's record

Actual: Nothing happens. The originally opened record remains open

Additional Info:

• This same thing happens when you access a user record by clicking the Requester name from within a request.
• The only way to make the users app usable again is to refresh the page
