Add Date Stamps to User Record

    Description

      Purpose: To add "Record last updated" and "Date created" date stamps to the User record in FOLIO. Need to break this out of UIU-28 because it has back end dependencies.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • User Metadata Docment
        • Fields where User Story = UIU-31 are in scope for this story
        • View and edit mode of the user record all need to be updated
        • Field labels should be as shown in "Field Label" column (please pay attention to the label case and include asterisks where noted (these denote that the field is required))
