Default Sort for Loans Page

Purpose: To change the default sort of the Loans page to descending by due date

Scenarios

• Given the Loans page
• When loan records are displayed
• Then:
  • The primary default sort order should be descending by due date (should be indicated with arrow indicator)
  • The secondary default sort order should be ascending by instance (currently mislabeled "title") title (will confirm correct label and create separate issue if needed)
