Display Records Found, Not Records Loaded

    Description

      Purpose: Modify the user list so that the number of results found displaying is the number of results matching the query. Currently it just shows the number of results loaded.

      Scenarios:

      1. Scenario
        • Given the users app
        • When there are X records in the system that match the applied search/filters
        • Then the results found message displaying at the top of the results list should read, "X results found"
