Overview: A long Instance title climbs out of popover boundaries on the "Lost items requiring actual cost" page. This happened when Instance title consist of very long invalid values

Preconditions: There are should be "Aged to lost" or "Declared lost" records exist in the system with Instance title witch consist of very long invalid values ( for example "aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa")
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in as User with assigned service point and next permissions:
   Users: Can process lost items requiring actual cost
2. Go to "Users" app
3. Click on "Actions" button
4. Click on "Lost items requiring actual cost" action
5. Click on "Declared lost" and "Aged to lost" checkboxes
6. Click on the "..." button next to the record from preconditions

Expected Results: Full Instance title should be in the boundaries of popover
Actual Results: Full Instance title climbs out of popover
