    Description

Purpose: A user with the permission ui-users.feesfines.actions.all needs to be able to view overdue and lost item policies.

      User story statement(s):

      As a FOLIO fee/fine manager,
I want to be able to view overdue and lost item policies attached to a fee/fine,
so that I can better understand why a fine was charged and how it was calculated.

      Scenarios:

      1. Scenario:
        • Given a user granted ui-users.feesfines.actions.all,
        • When the user views a patron record,
        • Then the user sees the fee/fine accordion.
      2. Scenario:
        • Given a user granted ui-users.feesfines.actions.all,
        • When the user views a patron that has at least one open or closed fine,
        • Then the user can click the link to view the fine(s) from the fee/fine accordion.
      3. Scenario:
        • Given the same user viewing the patron with a fine,
        • When the user clicks to view the patron fee/fines,
        • The patron's accounts pane opens in the existing window.
      4. Scenario:
        • Given the same user viewing the patron with a fine,
        • When the user clicks the fine from the accounts pane,
        • The fine window opens.
      5. Scenario:
        • Given the same user viewing the patron's fine details,
        • When the user views a fine created manually,
        • No overdue or lost item policy names are shown. (<--Existing behavior)
      6. Scenario:
        • Given the same user viewing the patron's fine details,
        • When the user views a fine created automatically from a loan transaction,
        • The overdue fine policy name is listed and is an active link to view the policy in Settings.
      7. Scenario:
        • Given the same user viewing the patron's fine details,
        • When the user views a fine created automatically from a loan transaction,
        • The lost item policy name is listed and is an active link to view the policy in Settings.
      8. Scenario:
        • Given the same user viewing details of an automatically generated loan,
        • When the user clicks the link for the overdue fine policy,
        • The policy opens in Settings > Circulation.
      9. Scenario:
        • Given the same user viewing details of an automatically generated loan,
        • When the user clicks the link for the lost item policy,
        • The policy opens in Settings > Circulation.
      10. Scenario:
        • Given the user viewing the overdue fine policy in Settings > Circulation,
        • If the user does not have the permission ui-circulation.settings.overdue-fines-policies,
        • Then the actions menu does not display.
      11. Scenario:
        • Given the user viewing the lost item policy in Settings > Circulation,
        • If the user does not have the permission ui-circulation.settings.lost-item-fees-policies,
        • Then the actions menu does not display.
