Requests accordion is not shown on the User's details page

Steps to reproduce:

1. log in to FOLIO Snapshot with admin permissions and open https://folio-snapshot.dev.folio.org/users
2. select active users filter
3. click on the name of any user
4. pay attention to the missed Requests accordion

Expected result:
the Requests accrodion is shown

Actual result: the Requests accordion is missed

On Nolana bugfest environment the Requests accordion is shown
