Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into to Morning Glory BugFest as an admin
2. Open Users app
3. Select "Financial Transaction Detail Report" from the Users ACTION menu
4. Enter this criteria..
   • Start date = July 31, 2022
   • End date = August 15, 2022
   • Fee/fine owner = Main Circ Desk
   • Associated service points = Regenstein Circulation, 1st Floor AND Regenstein, 1st Floor, ITServices TECHB@R
5. Press "Save & close button"
6. See green success toast
7. Open file Financial-Transactions-Detail-Report.csv (by clicking on link in lower left corner of screen)

Expected Results:
Report header in row 23 of spreadsheet displays as follows...
