CRUD Patron Groups add column for Last Updated

Purpose: To add column for Last Updated to Settings > Users > Patron Groups

Scenarios:

1. Scenario
   • Given the Patron Groups page under Settings > Users > Patron Groups
   • When displayed
   • Then a column labelled "Last updated" should display as shown in the attached patron-list-1_preview.png
2. Scenario
   • Given a new patron group is created under Settings > Users > Patron Groups
   • When displayed in the patron groups table
   • Then the Last updated column should be populated with, "<dateCreated> by <creatorLastName>, <creatorFirstName>" as shown in patron-list-2_preview.png
3. Scenario
   • Given a patron group is edited under Settings > Users > Patron Groups
   • When saved
   • Then the Last updated column should be populated with, "<dateEdited> by <editorLastName>, <editorFirstName>" as shown in patron-list-2_preview.png
4. Scenario
   ICs created a user with only a last name so that we could test this, but we could not figure out all the permissions we needed to give the new user. We gave them only Settings (Users): can create, edit and remove patron groups. Then when we logged on as that person with one name and tried to update a patron group, we didn't see update dates/names at all. Should we have given them additional permissions? When we logged in again as diku_admin, we saw the update by Queen, but then comma and "undefined" so this definitely fails. See screenshot
   • Given a user does not have a First name specified
   • When displayed in the Last updated column
   • Then the comma between last and first name should not display
5. Scenario
   • Given the patron group table on Settings > Users > Patron Groups
   • When User A is displayed in the Last updated column
   • Then the name should be a link to User A record
6. Scenario
   ICs tested with US, Great Britain, Germany, Denmark. No language change, No date format change for this column.
   • Given the dates displaying in the Last updated column in the patron group table on Settings > Users > Patron Groups
   • When locale is changed in Settings > Organization > Language and localization
   • Then the date format should update accordingly
