Confirm button is not disabled after the click and each click on this button sends the request to the server

Overview:
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into some FOLIO environment as User admin
2. Create the user, instance, holding, item
3. Checkout the created item to the created user
4. Open the users app, find the user you have created using the user search section
5. Click on the user record in the "User search results" panel
6. Open the accordion "Loans" and click the "Open loans" link
7. Choose the loans and click on three dots action menu
8. Click on declare lost
9.  Once the dialog box appears enter a comment and click confirm button a few times in a row

Expected Results: Button should be clickable only once and there is no extra requests to the server.
Actual Results: Button can be clickable a few times. There are a few same requests to the server.
