Description
CRUD Patron Groups column headers and icons
Purpose: To add column headers and icons to Settings > Users > Patron Groups
Scenarios:
- Scenario
- Given the Patron Groups page under Settings > Users > Patron Groups
- When displayed
- Then the edit and delete text buttons should be changed to icons, as shown in patron-list-1_preview.png

- Then column headings should display for
each column of data as shown in patron-list-1_preview.png- Group
- Description
- Last updated
- # Of users
- Actions (column header for all action icons and buttons)

- Given the Add new button on the Patron Groups page under Settings > Users > Patron Groups
- When clicked
- Then column headings should display for each column of data in addition to the ghost text inside the data fields
as shown in patron-list-3_preview.png
