"Hyperlink" is present in "Patron barcode" have  been created.

Precondition:

1. Snapshot env is opened
2. User is authorized 
3. Patron is created (no barcode)
4. Owner is created (ex. test owner)
5.  Payment methods is created (ex. lost item) for owner
6. Fee/fine is created
7. Fee/fine is payed 
8. Users app is opened
9. "Actions" button is clicked 
10. "Financial transaction detail report" is selected
11. Date Start, Fee/fine owner had selected

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Click on the "Save&close" button
2. Open the report on the Excel
3. Pay attention on the "Patron barcode" column 

Expected Results: [no barcode] is displayed on the "Patron barcode" column.
Actual Results: "Hyperlink" is present in "Patron barcode" have  been created.
