"Due date/time" and "Return date/time" columns says "Unix Epoch"

Precondition:

1. Snapshot env is opened
2. User is authorized
3.  Owners, Fee/Fine Type, Fee/fine, Payment methods and ets.  created
4. Fee/fine is created for item (ex. 10101)
5. Paid part of the Fee/fine
6. "Devtool" is opened
7. "Financial Transactions Detail Report" is downloaded 
8. "Financial Transactions Detail Report" is opened in the Excel

Steps to reproduce:

1. Pay attention on the "Due date/time" and "Return date/time" columns.
2. Pay attention on the "dueDate:" and "returnDate:" in the Network.

Actual result: "Loan date/time" column says "Unix Epoch".
Expected result: The "Loan Date / Time" column is "empty" if any loans not used
