User can click on the "Confirm" button if entered just a space in the "Additional information" field

Precondition:

1.  Juniper env is opened
2. User is authorized
3. "Check out" some item
4. "Loans" user is opened
5. Item is selected

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Click on the "Claimed returned" button
2.  ** Pay attention on the "Confirm" button
3. Enter space several times in the "Additional information" filed 
4. Click on the "Confirm" button
5.  Observe result 

Expected Results: "Confirm" button stay active when user enter space in the "Additional information" field
Actual Results: User can click on the "Confirm" button if entered just a space in the "Additional information" field
