Description
Overview: If I enter any of these combinations as search criteria, the report IS NOT produced because no data is found...
- Start Date of July 16, 2021, End Date of July 16, 2021, "Main Circ Desk" Fee/Fine Owner.
- Start Date of July 16, 2021, End Date of July 17, 2021, "Main Circ Desk" Fee/Fine Owner.
- Start Date of July 15, 2021, End Date of July 16, 2021, "Main Circ Desk" Fee/Fine Owner.
- Start Date of July 15, 2021, End Date of July 17, 2021, "Main Circ Desk" Fee/Fine Owner.
The report IS produced if I enter any of these combinations as search criteria...
- Start Date of July 16, 2021, End Date blank, "Main Circ Desk" Fee/Fine Owner.
- Start Date of July 16, 2021, End Date July 17, 2021, "Main Circ Desk" Fee/Fine Owner.
- Start Date blank, End Date blank, "Main Circ Desk" Fee/Fine Owner.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log into Juniper BugFest instance as an admin.
- Open the Users app.
- Select "Refunds to process manually report" from the Actions menu.
- Enter a Start Date of July 16, 2021.
- Enter an End Date of July 16, 2021.
- Select the "Main Circ Desk" Fee/Fine Owner.
- Press "Save and close" button.
Expected Results: Report containing 11 refunds that occurred at "Main Circ Desk" on July 16, 2021.
Actual Results: Error message indicating that no items have been found.
