The "date picker" is not display the whole month and the user can not select any due date.

Precondition:

1. Snapshot env is opened
2. User is authorized
3. "Users" button is selected on "Apps" drop down menu

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Click on the "Actions" drop down menu
2. Select "Financial transaction detail report (CSV)" 
3. Click on the "icon picker" on the "Start date" filed
4. Pay attention on the "Date picker" modal

Expected Results: The "date picker"  displays the whole month and the userr can select any due date. 
Actual Results: The "date picker" is not display the whole month and the user can not select any due date.
