Lotus R1 2022
Description
As a staff user, I want to be able to mine the data I am storing in radio-button, single-select and multi-select fields.
I want to be able to see a filter that works like "Departments" or "tags" for each of these fields.
I want to be able to use the filter to select one or more values and see the results.
Example: I use a single select custom field called "Grade Level" with 18 values K-4, K5, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6...16
I expect to see a drop-down generate from the custom fields called "Greenwood Grade Level"
In the drop down, I can select from the list of choices listed in the field.
I can select one or more grade levels and the result will be all the records that share the corresponding selected value.
- Scenario 1:
- Given a check box, (i.e. yes/no)
- It will appear as a filter in the right hand pane of the user record
- When the staff member looks in filter which will have the same name as the label of the custom field.
- the choice of Yes/No can be selected
And the results will be displayed in the pane.
Scenario 2
- Given a radio button, single select or multi-select field has been defined as a custom field
- It will appear as a filter in the right hand pane of the user record
- When the staff member looks in filter which will have the same name as the label of the custom field.
- the multiple choices will be displayed as they are in tags and departments; type ahead and then list.
- and if one or more items are selected from the list of choices,
- Then the results that match the selection will be displayed.
