Loans: Renewal Count Slow to Update

Steps to repro:

1. Log into folio-testing
2. Go to a user with an open loan and click to view open loans
3. On the loan record, click the actions menu (...) and select renew
4. Watch the Renewal count column for the count to increase by one

Expected: Count should increment immediately

Actual: It takes a few seconds before the renewal count increases
