Description
Overview: This is caused because after claiming the item as returned and refunding the transfer, the Remaining Balance for the Lost Item Fee is still zero. It should be back to the original amount of 100.00. Then this will all work.
Workaround: The "suspended" Lost Item Processing Fee appears in the Closed Fees/Fines tab, so the patron is not being held liable. This should not be a problem at all for libraries that don't transfer fees/fines or don't do it quickly.
Steps to reproduce:
- Login to Iris BugFest as admin.
- Loan an item to a patron.
- Allow the item to aged to lost and be billed a 100.00 set cost Lost Item Fee and a 25.00 Lost Item Processing Fee.
- Transfer the Lost Item Fee to the Bursar, but leave the Lost Item Processing Fee as "outstanding."
- Claim the item as returned in Loan Details, which will refund the 100.00 Lost Item Process Fee and suspend both fees.
- Resolve the claim as "Declared lost" or "Mark as missing" in Loan Details.
Expected results:
A2L Lost Item Fee changes from "suspended" to "cancelled"
A2L Lost Item Processing Fee changes from "suspended" to "cancelled"
Actual results:
A2L Lost Item Fee changes remains as "suspended"
A2L Lost Item Processing Fee changes from "suspended" to "cancelled"
