Recieve "HTTP 500 Internal Server Error" when doing claimed returned on a decared lost book

    Description

      Every declared lost book I attempt to mark as claimed returned get this error...

       ...but the item is claimed returned despite the error.  In fact, in one case it was claimed returned twice, which shouldn't ever happen...
