Overview: When I cancel a fee/fine that is set to use the default patron notice, the "Notify patron" box IS NOT checked. When I cancel a fee/fine that has a notice just for that fee/fine type, the "Notify patron" box IS checked.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log into https://bugfest-iris.folio.ebsco.com/ as an admin user
- View Settings>Users>Fee/fine: Manual charges notice settings for fee/fine owner "Main Circ Desk", as shown below...
- Create a new fee/fine for a patron that has a fee/fine owner of "Main Circ Desk" and a fee/fine type of "Misc fee/fine"
- Cancel fee/fine as an "Error" from "Fee/Fine Details" page
"Notify patron" box check marked and "Additional information for patron" appears
"Notify patron" box appears, but is not check marked as shown below...
