Description
As mpk35 has noted (see https://github.com/folio-org/ui-users/pull/62#pullrequestreview-61455231):
I noticed that the ViewUser got pretty long (not because of the accordions) and since we have the sections now we could potentially split it up.
It's a good call. ViewLoans.js is already separate; there's no reason other parts shouldn't be.
